Expediente Nº 18/10 Ferro C. O. de Alvear vs. Dep. Ranqueles 1ra.: Visto y considerando el informe del arbitro y el descargo presentado por el Sr. Garro, este Tribunal resuelve de forma unánime:
1ro. Correr vista al Colegio de Árbitros para que en el termino de 5c(CINCO) días el Sr. Asistente Nº 1 BRITOS, José informe a este Tribunal si sufrió agresiones físicas y en su caso que las describa y acompañe las certificaciones correspondientes referidas siempre al partido de autos.-
Expediente Nº 29/09 Ferro de Alvear vs. Dep. La Maruja 6ta.: Visto y considerando el informe del árbitro este Tribunal resuelve de forma unánime:
1ro. Dar por perdido el partido al club Dep. La Maruja y otorgar los puntos correspondientes al club Ferro C. Oeste de Alvear registrando el siguiente resultado de partido Ferro C. Oeste de Alvear 1 (UNO) vs. Dep. La Maruja 0 (CERO) según los Artículos 109º y 152º del Reglamento de Transgresiones y Penas.-
Expediente Nº 50/10 Dep. Ranqueles vs. Larroude F.C 1ra.: Visto y considerando el informe del arbitro, este Tribunal resuelve de forma unánime:
1ro. Correr vista al jugador Sr. NOVILLO, Maximiliano del club Dep. Ranqueles para que en el término de 5(cinco) días realice los descargos correspondientes ante este Tribunal sobre los hechos narrados por el arbitro en su informe.
